    Uses:
    Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with:

    • arthritis
    • simple backache
    • strains
    • sprains
    • lumbago

    Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 

    • apply a thin layer to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily
    • massage until thoroughly absorbed into skin
    • wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after each use
    • allow a minimum of 2-3 hours between applications

    For external use only 

    Allergy alert: do not use if you are allergic to salicylates (including aspirin) unless directed by a doctor.

    Do not use 

    • if skin is irritated or if irritation develops
    • if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product
    • on children under 12 years of age 


    When using this product 

    • use only as directed
    • do not bandage tightly
    • do not apply external heat such as an electric pad
    • avoid contact with eyes and mucus membranes
    • do not apply on wounds or damaged skin
    • consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 7 days
    • skin burns (swelling, erythema, bullous lesions, pain) including severe skin burns and skin necrosis have sometimes been reported with products containing menthol
    • Adolescent 12 to 17 years old: application should be supervised by an adult


    Stop use and ask a doctor if:

    • symptoms worsen or re-occur within a few days
    • hypersensitivity/allergy, rash and/or burning discomfort occur
    • you experience pain, swelling or blistering


    Ask a healthcare professional before use if:

    • you are pregnant or breastfeeding
    • you are taking anticoagulant medications
